With more than 35 years experience in the finance industry, Milton Iskra has  been involved in strategic planning, investment management, as well as structuring and origination of new capital solutions. He has successfully built, grown and sold successful, national platform finance companies. Milton has strong institutional lending relationships  across the nation as well as international capabilities. Experienced in lending and investing across the capital stack across a variety of industries.

Previously, he was EVP and Head of Originations of NewStar Business Credit, which was formerly known as CORE Business Credit of which Milton was a co-founder. NewStar Business Credit was sold to Sterling National Bank. ​Mr. Iskra held previous positions with Monroe Capital, Guaranty Business Credit, Greyhound and Westinghouse Credit Corporation.

​Mr. Iskra earned his B.S. in finance and marketing and his M.B.A. from CalPoly Humboldt. He is a member of the Commercial Finance Association, having served as a national director, the Turnaround Management Association and the Association for Corporate Growth.
